April 2, 2013 City Council Meeting

A specific use permit was approved to allow a MedHealth healthcare use (dentist office) in the CS Commercial Shopping zoning district, located on the southwest corner of Lakeview and Perkins Road intersection.

The C3 Comprehensive Plan for the City of Stillwater, with a minor amendment to the land use map, was adopted. This plan projects out to the year 2030 and serves as a guide for the city's future growth and development.

The Utility Authority authorized the expenditure of $400,000 for the Country Club Road water line jumper project, awarded the construction contract to Urban Contractors, and authorized the general manager to execute the contract and amend Myers Engineering's contract for inspection services. This project aims to relieve water pressure in the southwest zone and improve fire flow.

Terry Ventress and Robert Williams were nominated and approved to fill two vacant seats on the Board of Adjustments.
