Financial Matters
First Quarter Financial Results
Sales tax was up 2.07% over budget and 11.08% over the previous year. Use tax was up 34% over quarterly projection. Total expenditures were 18.13% of the annual budget, well below the 25% quarterly target. Stillwater Utilities Authority operating revenues were 32.31% of projection, with electric and water revenues up 35.63% and 38.4% respectively. CVB fund revenues were 11.8% over quarterly target.
