The Utility Authority authorized staff to execute two amendments to the professional service agreement with Burns and McDonald for engineering design services related to transmission system modifications and expansion of the industrial substation.

The Economic Development Authority approved the proposed plan of work for the contract with Red Dirt DMO for visitor and tourist marketing functions.
