Sales Tax Update

Sales tax from June 2017 transactions was up 1.18% from the same month in 2016. Year-to-date sales tax collection is 4.37% below 2016 and 5.42% under budget. Cigarette tobacco tax is 1.99% ahead of last year and 7.79% over budget.

Potential 2018 General Obligation Bond

City staff is gathering community input and conducting education outreach for a potential 2018 general obligation bond. Citizens are encouraged to provide input on desired projects via Stillwater.org/gobond.
