October 3, 2017 City Council Meeting

The City Council approved the Planning Commission's recommendation for the 12th Avenue land-use plan, including the neighborhood option with additional identified properties (1124 Adams and the south half of 1220 12th Street) to be included in the mixed-use overlay. This also directed staff to begin the process of applying the conservation and mixed-use overlays to an expanded area outside the current study area.

Resolution CC-2017-16 was adopted, prohibiting the flying of UAS during the Homecoming walk-around and parade on October 13 and 14, 2017.
