The acquisition of 450 square feet of right-of-way and associated damages for $3,725 at 22-24 West Admiral was approved. This acquisition is crucial for the active transportation path along Western Road, enhancing safety and usability.

A budget amendment reflecting a $5,000 donation from Oklahoma State University for materials and upkeep of the dog park was approved. This donation will help maintain the park after OSU's labor contributions ceased.

A budget amendment appropriating $5.2 million in federal grant funds for Phase One of the North Apron Expansion at Stillwater Regional Airport was approved. This grant will fund the project and increase both revenue and related expenditures.
