Financial Matters
Utility Account Receivables
Outstanding receivables for utility accounts increased significantly after the suspension of disconnections was lifted. As of July 7th, 90-day outstanding receivables were substantial, with 197 accounts disconnected for non-payment across two billing cycles.
CDBG-CV Assistance Program
The Stillwater Resident COVID Impact Assistance Program (Phase 2) has processed 42 approved applications, distributing $25,731 in rental and utility assistance within its first three weeks. Many applications are still in process.
Community Partner Utility Assistance
Since mid-April, local non-profits have provided $151,708 to the City of Stillwater for specific residents' utility bills.
American Rescue Plan Act Grant
