Financial Matters
Animal Welfare Facility General Obligation Bond
Proposed funding for a new Animal Welfare facility through a general obligation bond, to be put to a vote on April 1st, 2025. The total project budget includes construction costs, bond issuance costs, IT equipment, design services, FFN, and a contingency.
PCA Storm Recovery Collection
The collection line for the PCA storm recovery, related to the Storm Uri energy bill, has been fully collected and will no longer appear on utility bills. The community helped share in the cost of a $7 million bill.
Rural Fire Service Contract
Annual fee for residents living outside city limits but within the Stillwater fire department's response area to ensure response fees for fire incidents do not exceed $2,000. Without a contract, residents are responsible for the full service fee.
