Sales tax was down 2%, use tax was up 19%. Combined sales and use tax are on target for the year, but significant impacts from COVID-19 are expected in May and June.
Third Quarter Interim Financial Report
Revenues were slightly below target, but expenditures were also lower due to salary savings and a hiring freeze. Expecting changes due to COVID-19 by year-end.
Hotel Tax Collections
Reported through March 31st, reflecting activity through February. Currently flat and on target, but significant changes are anticipated in the coming months due to COVID-19.
