As of June 30, 2019, approximately $15.1 million is available in development impact fees, with $11.3 million for streets, $1.5 million for trails, and $2.3 million for parks. These fees are collected for new capacity in infrastructure systems.
Sales and Use Tax Report
Sales tax growth for the year is about 3.9%, with use tax growth at 9%. A recent decline in use tax is tied to oil and gas related businesses.
