Northeast Renaissance TIF District Budget Amendment

The budget for TIF District #9 was amended from $45 million to $31 million, with new District B at $19 million and District C at $12 million, for an overall total of $62 million. This increase is to accommodate additional private investment and public improvements.

Allocation for 36th and Lincoln Development (Homeland Grocery Store)

A joint resolution with the Oklahoma City Economic Development Trust to approve an allocation of $4.4 million from Increment District B for the Homeland grocery store and corporate headquarters, and Northeast Senior Wellness Center project. An additional $1.3 million from Gold Bond funds will support the MAPS 3 Senior Wellness Center.
