Change orders and additional allocations for the Paycom Arena were approved.

Earlywine Golf Clubhouse

Allocation of additional unlisted bond funds to finish construction, including parking lot, driving range lighting, and a 'at the turn' grill. Project completion expected late 2023/early 2024.

Boardwalk Project TIF Allocation
