James Garner Boulevard Project Funding and Costs

City funding (including railroad quiet zone and NUA money) is approximately $6.5 million. Federal funds secured are approximately $4.8 million, totaling $11.4 million in funding. Phase 1 was completed at about $1.9 million, and current projected costs for Phase 2 are about $1.6 million, with a total project cost of about $8.5 million, resulting in a project surplus of approximately $2.85 million.

Proposed Aesthetics and Public Art for James Garner Boulevard

Budget for aesthetics and LED lighting is approximately $215,000. A plug-in number for the roundabout public art piece is $200,000, totaling approximately $415,000 for these enhancements.
