Resolution to award the 2019 Norman Animal Welfare Volunteerism Award to Pam Jordan and Tom Turner for their significant contributions to animal welfare in the community.

The City of Norman will create a tribal liaison position to work with tribes within city limits, with City Manager Darrell Pyle serving as the liaison.

Acceptance of a $21,509 grant from the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance. Norman's portion ($19,358) will fund new polygraph instruments and employee wellness counseling for the police department.

Release of cash surety for Deerfield Addition Section 5

Release of owner's obligation for paving and sidewalk improvements and return of cash surety for deferred construction. A small section of sidewalk will be completed by the applicant at their own cost.

Contract with Small Arrow Engineering LLC for CNG facility upgrade

Professional engineering and design services to upgrade and expand the compressed natural gas facility to accommodate transit fast fill and slow flow requirements, including a budget transfer.

Contract with Hal and Van Kuren Inc. for Norman Forward Community Sports Park

Professional architectural services for design, construction documents, bidding, and construction administration for the Norman Forward Community Sports Park development project.
